An X/Celerant manager takes on project results delivery accountability while maintaining team mentorship and direction. Internally, XCC managers have additional responsibility for firm development activity. For those that are up to the task, the transition from consultant to manager is rewarding and demanding.

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelors / MBA preferred
  • 10 -15 years industry and consulting experience
